Ta\u00advoit\u00adtee\u00adna on pa\u00adran\u00adtaa yh\u00adteyt\u00adt\u00e4  muis\u00adti\u00adsai\u00adraa\u00adseen ih\u00admi\u00adseen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osallistuja oppii uusia keinoja ja l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 itsest\u00e4\u00e4n taitoja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 vuorovaikutusosaamistaan sek\u00e4 tunnistaa hoidettavan asiakkaan \/ asukkaan \/ potilaan tunteita ja tarpeita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osallistuja tunnistaa muuttuneen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen (k\u00e4yt\u00f6soireen) taustalla olevia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja huomioi vastaamaan niihin l\u00e4\u00e4kkeett\u00f6min keinoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koulutuksen tavoitteena on lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 muistisairaan ihmisen kohtaamiseen ja parantaa yhteytt\u00e4 muistisairaaseen ihmiseen. Koulutus vahvistaa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n luovia ratkaisuja erilaisten tilanteiden ratkaisemiseksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Koulutus oli erilainen. Erityisesti reflektoiminen pienryhmiss\u00e4 ja yhteiset keskustelut oli parasta antia.
